Edward Renn In 1972 Edward Renn (Ted) embarked on a journey to provide local customers with hand-made timber products.  He took a small workshop at the back of Billericay High Street and E. A. Renn & Sons was born.  In 1977, a devasting fire razed the workshop and the company relocated to an old circus training ground in Coxes Farm Road. Having just left school in 197*, Ted was joined by his son, Malcolm .

Malcolm Renn When it was time to hang up his overalls, Ted handed the reigns over to Malcolm and the company has continued its success ever since.

We have been manufacturing bespoke joinery items to our customers for over 35 years.  Our workshop has a combined experience of over 100 years, providing high quality furniture, doors, windows and conservatories to private individuals and builders alike.

Traditional or contemporary, we can build to your own specifications, or alternatively our in-house design team can work with you.  Our conservatories and orangeries are meticulously designed by internationally-renowned Architecture In Glass of London.

We use only the best quality timber, which is hand-picked by our suppliers to our specifications, to reflect the finished product.  We care about the environment, and all timbers used are specifically FSC products from sustainable sources
